Nisha is a MSc in Yogic Science from Mangalore University India. She has over 7 years of experience teaching yoga.
She has immense knowledge in different forms of yoga - Hatha , Ashtanga, Power Yoga ,Yoga Therapy, Vinyasa flow, Sivananda yoga, Kids yoga , Shatkarma, Pranyama, Yoganidra and Meditation. She has sound knowledge about yoga movements such as asanas and other postures,she is well versed with the relaxation and breathing methodologies and their principles.
