Tanushree is a certified Pilates and Fitness Trainer through Indian Academy of Fitness Training, India. She has completed Pilates Level 1 (Beginners, Foundation) and Level 3 (Intermediate/Advanced) through Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates institute, Australia.

She has worked in the Rehabilitation Industry for over 10 years as Physical Therapist and in the fitness industry last 5 years as a Pilates trainer. Enriching experience includes conducting one on one & group sessions (Pilates, Pre-& Post Natal exercises, Obesity management, Child & Adolescent Fitness, Diabetic Fitness Programs & Geriatric/elderly exercises). Her classes revolve around breathing techniques & exercises that focus on stretching and lengthening the muscles for enhancement of flexibility, body awareness, strength, balance and endurance.
